Do You Really Need Child Resistant Mylar Bags for Edibles? (278 อ่าน)

Hi everyone

I’ve noticed a lot of edibles and herbal brands switching to child resistant Mylar bags. Are these necessary for small businesses, or is it only a rule for licensed dispensaries?

I learned that child resistant bags are specially designed with press-and-pull or zip-lock closures that are hard for children to open. These bags are also smell-proof and resealable, which makes them a safe option for home use too.

Some companies offer child resistant exit bags for dispensaries, but even non-cannabis brands use child resistant packaging bags for things like vitamins and supplements. You can find plain and custom-printed versions, depending on your needs.

I checked out a few suppliers and saw that Kwick Packaging offers custom designs for these Mylar bags. I’m considering ordering a small batch to test out. Anyone here using these for their products? Would love to hear your feedback!
