Choosing Cyprus Taxi (14 อ่าน)

Im planning a trip around Cyprus and expect to use taxis for several different journeys rather than renting a car for the entire stay. Im trying to understand what matters most when comparing local taxi services, especially for airport trips and longer rides. What would you recommend checking before booking?

My travel plans included both coastal areas and a few inland stops, so relying entirely on public transportation would have made the schedule harder to manage. I wanted to keep some flexibility and arranged several rides through https://taxi-cyprus.eu/. I began with a transfer from the airport and later used the service for a longer trip between destinations. The longer route was probably the most useful because I could go directly from one place to another without changing buses or carrying my bags between stations. Before confirming the bookings, I checked the route information and the price shown for the journey. Knowing the expected cost beforehand helped me plan the rest of my travel expenses. I also tried ordering through the application, where I could enter the destination and follow the status of the booking. Having the driver's contact details available was useful when I needed to clarify the exact pickup location. On shorter journeys, I simply used the service like an ordinary city taxi. I noticed that it is available in several popular areas of Cyprus, including Paphos, Larnaca, Limassol, Nicosia and Ayia Napa, so the same service could cover different parts of my itinerary. I did not need to rent a car for the whole trip, which suited my plans because I only needed private transportation on certain days. Overall, I used the taxi service selectively, mainly for airport transfers and longer routes where direct transportation saved me time.
