I've been helping a friend plan their wedding recently, and one of the biggest decisions has been the catering menu. There are so many options — buffet vs. plated, dietary restrictions, portion sizes — and everyone has an opinion.



I'm curious how others approach this. Do you look at menus online first, or do you visit the venue and taste-test? Do you check the menu in advance before committing to a caterer?
