Should wording or visual placement be approved first in a wedding mood-board edit? (38 อ่าน)

I am preparing sample wedding mood-board screenshots for an AI image editing project that I built, rather than working with a real couple or an actual booking. The browser tool is https://image-text-editor.online/ and it can replace wording in authorized JPG, PNG, and WebP images.

For a review workflow, which approval should come first when a short caption must be corrected: confirming the exact wording with the content owner, or checking the visual timing and placement with the designer? My current approach is to preserve the original image, agree on the factual wording first, make one bounded edit, and then review font weight, alignment, background continuity, and mobile readability.

I would also keep fictional samples clearly separated from client material and avoid treating an edited screenshot as evidence of a real wedding, booking, supplier, or permission. If the replacement is longer than the old caption, is it generally better to shorten the wording before editing rather than force a much smaller font? I am interested in a practical order of review that reduces rework while keeping the final copy accurate.
