How should a fictional reception game map be distinguished from venue directions? (9 อ่าน)

When a couple wants a small fictional adventure as part of a reception activity, what is the clearest way to label a playful map so guests do not mistake it for the real venue layout or an approved route?

I am associated with dnd map generator, a browser tool for drafting fictional tabletop maps. AI assisted this question. This is a hypothetical planning question, not a claim that a couple booked this studio or that the tool has been tested at an event.

Would you suggest putting a clear “fictional game map” label on every printed copy, keeping the actual venue directions on a separate sheet, and asking the couple and venue to approve any public-facing wording before printing? I would also avoid using actual floor plans, guest names, accessibility routes or images without permission.

For a real event, who should check that guests can distinguish the activity prop from emergency and accessibility information? Any practical guidance on making that distinction clear without distracting from the celebration would be welcome.
