When discussing a hypothetical panoramic backdrop for a wedding-themed visual, what would help a studio distinguish an early mood reference from an approved image or a photograph of the real venue? I am not describing a booking, a client or a finished event. I am interested in how to label a provisional concept clearly before anyone discusses practical production.

I am associated with skybox generator, a browser tool for creating 360-degree backgrounds and previewing them on a sphere. AI helped draft this question. The image can suggest colors and atmosphere, but it does not document an actual location, measure a venue or establish what a studio can deliver. New accounts currently receive eight welcome credits valid for fourteen days; additional generation is paid. A separate viewer can preview existing images without credits.

For an initial conversation, would a neutral fictional scene and a short note about intended mood be more useful than including personal names, dates or photographs? I would avoid guest information and only use reference images with permission. If the panorama is later considered for an actual display, the team could check the full rotation, seam, horizon and top and bottom distortion in the intended viewer, as well as the display size and permissions.

Which details would you prefer to know before giving feedback: the desired mood and screen format, or the placement of text and people in front of the image? What wording would make it clear that the concept is illustrative, not an agreed design or a venue photograph?
