I met a startup founder who is speaking with an ecommerce app development agency, but instead of rushing into design, he is focusing on customer journey mapping first. It sounded like a patient, strategic move. For those who built ecommerce apps, did planning user flow early actually save time later, or did real customer behavior still surprise you after launch?
