It may be possible to submit an offer for a property that is under Contingent in Real Estate sale status. The owner may consider other offers even though there is already a buyer who has made an offer but needs to satisfy the conditions stipulated in the agreement. Although the first buyer gets priority to purchase the property, it may be sold to another buyer when the agreement becomes void.
